I’ve opened this blog to record my impressions on social media as part of the SMiELT course within EVO 08. Being almost two weeks behind the schedule already I have serious doubts I’ll manage to catch up with the rest of the group in time to be able to really join in. I will nevertheless try doing the weekly activities but at a slower pace.

Please don’t feel you need to do everything to catch up. Ultimately, the aim is for you to get as much out of this session and you can and want to, also considering your circumstances. We are certainly always glad to read about your impressions and experiences, help with any questions and generally grow in this process together.

Yes, by all means, do what you can when you can. I know I frequently have to pick and choose which activities I will actually do. This should be an enjoyable experience for you, not some of task you have to complete, no matter what!
Thanks, Nancy. It’s the ‘picking and choosing’ that’s causing me problems – there are so many wonderful things at this year’s EVO… You guys have prepared amazing sessions. Yesterday I made my first steps (and flights) in SL as Sasa Sirkelianov, loved it.
